Congressman Tom Perriello invites you to come on October 13 10:00 am to welcome Renewable Engineered Systems (RES) in opening of their new administrative office at 22 East Church Street Martinsville, Virginia. RES is a small; minority owned business committed to providing solutions for alternative energy technologies that will reduce dependence on foreign oil and fossil fuels in the United States.
The company will focus on alternative energy products, initially in the fields of solar, wind, led lighting, and micro hydro- power technologies for residential, commercial, and government applications.
Renewable Engineered Systems is proud to launch this company in Southern Virginia. RES is looking forward to taking advantage of the convenient location and supportive business environment of the WPBDC to continue to grow their business.
Company owners Brian Brown, Helenmary Brown, John Crandall and Michelle Crandall believe in creating environmentally friendly "green" jobs that pay a living wage and are committed to becoming a leader in the movement toward a more naturally sustainable economy. In addition, RES seeks to establish themselves as a training partner for green jobs and a committed corporate citizen.
The company has been researching the alternative energy field for a number of years. "The time has come for the many players in the energy field to work together to meet the diverse needs and desires of commercial and private consumers" stated John Crandall, CEO.
It is the vision of RES to help enable and empower an energy independent society. "RES solutions will provide independence from volatile global markets, creating our own sustainable energy capacity domestically" stated Brown. "Our future is bright as we move in this direction."
